The JCS has established a variety of programs for adults and families. All are welcome to attend.

First Friday Shabbats

On the first Friday of each month, the JCS holds a Kabbalat Shabbat service in the Jewish Community Center of Ann Arbor. Learn more about this accessible and family-friendly Shabbat here.

Third Friday Chavurah

This adults-only group meets on the third Friday or the following Sunday of each month. Gatherings are held in members’ homes. For more information send an email to:  info@jewishculturalsociety.org.

Adult Education Series

Occasional seminars from JCS members and experts in the community are presented after dinner on First Friday Shabbat celebrations. Please see the JCS Calendar for upcoming seminar dates.

Social Action
